1111der Terms & Conditions — Platform Use Agreement for Bangladesh Players

Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between 1111der and each Player. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a 1111der account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 1111der enforces mandatory age verification via National ID Card (NID) prior to processing any withdrawal. Players who cannot complete NID verification will have their withdrawal requests held pending successful verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not register on 1111der.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 1111der. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances found to be associated with the duplicate account.
• Accurate Registration Information: All personal details provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1111der makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you personally.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested through 1111der's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

1111der reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Verification

Registering an account on 1111der is straightforward and free of charge. Players complete a standard registration form providing their full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred account credentials. By submitting the registration form, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Following registration, 1111der may require Players to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing deposits above certain thresholds or before approving any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes:

• National ID Card (NID): A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National ID Card, showing your full name, date of birth, and NID number. This is the primary document used to verify age and identity.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered to the same person as the 1111der account.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for high-volume accounts, 1111der may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity. This may include pay slips, bank statements, or business income documentation.

Account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 1111der support team immediately at [email protected]. 1111der is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 1111der are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the mobile financial services most widely used across Bangladesh. The following payment terms apply to all Players:

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on 1111der is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by 1111der, though individual mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (where supported).
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 1111der account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• No Deposit Fees: 1111der does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.
• Own Account Only: You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and had their identity documents approved will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. During peak periods (BPL match nights, Eid) processing times may extend to up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 1111der payments team following a formal request.
• Wagering Requirements Must Be Met: Any Bonus Funds credited to your account must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus portion and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Right to Verify: 1111der reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours while conducting routine fraud and compliance checks. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.

Bonuses & Promotions

1111der offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Players should read all applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific welcome offer terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute 100% of qualifying stakes. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is ৳1,000. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: 1111der has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering rules, and exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate artificial bonus credit. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Promotional Changes: 1111der reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email with reasonable advance notice wherever possible.
• Seasonal Promotions: 1111der runs seasonal promotions tied to BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant events in the Bangladesh calendar. Seasonal promotion terms are published on the promotions page and are time-limited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By using 1111der's sportsbook or casino products, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following rules. These rules exist to maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Players on the Platform.

Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 1111der reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, in accordance with standard sportsbook practice.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket matches are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time. In-play bets may be subject to a brief delay before confirmation. 1111der reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, dead heats where not provided for in the specific market rules, or events affected by circumstances beyond 1111der's reasonable control. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's account balance.
• Manifest Error: If 1111der publishes clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error (for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a strong favourite), 1111der reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and recalculate or refund affected wagers. Deliberate exploitation of manifest errors constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout on 1111der's sportsbook is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) per Player per event, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Casino & Slot Games

• RNG Certification: All slot, table, and instant win games on 1111der use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages based on millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Live Casino Rules: Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's balance. 1111der is not liable for any consequential claims arising from game malfunctions.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game displays its own minimum and maximum stake limits. Players must wager within the limits displayed for each game. Where an active bonus applies, the maximum bet rule in Section 5 takes precedence over the displayed game maximum.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on 1111der, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance in the account:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits. Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after using funds for gambling. Providing false identity or verification documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 1111der for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming bonuses multiple times, or bypassing self-exclusion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or market. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating live casino bet patterns, or match-fixing in sports betting selections.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on 1111der without manual human input. All activity on 1111der must be carried out by the registered account holder personally.
• Money Laundering: Using 1111der for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. 1111der cooperates fully with relevant authorities and is required to report suspicious transaction activity under applicable financial crime regulations.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. This includes arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards 1111der support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPN services, proxy servers, or any other method to access 1111der from a Restricted Territory, or to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or other responsible gaming controls applied to your account.

1111der employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Accounts triggering fraud detection thresholds may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Suspension & Closure

1111der may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in the circumstances described in this section. Account closure may be initiated either by 1111der or voluntarily by the Player themselves.

Closure Initiated by 1111der

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, gives 1111der the right to close the account immediately and forfeit the associated balance.
• Failed Verification: Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request will result in account suspension. Accounts suspended for failed verification will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets until verification is completed.
• Underage Gambling: Confirmed underage account holders will have their accounts permanently closed. Any real-money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
• Responsible Gaming: Accounts may be closed or restricted at 1111der's discretion where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, including but not limited to: unusually high deposit frequency, large losses relative to apparent income, or direct communication indicating distress related to gambling.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from 1111der at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or using the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and the Platform will not accept deposits or bets from a self-excluded account.
• Account Closure Request: Players wishing to close their account for any reason may submit a closure request to the support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Cooling-Off Period: Before proceeding with permanent account closure, 1111der recommends Players consider a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, available via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. This allows time for reflection without the permanence of full closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of 1111der that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be referred to binding arbitration. 1111der is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms.
